At the 80 Acres Law Center, our mission is to champion justice in its many forms—racial, climate, housing, and reproductive—through rigorous impact litigation and dedicated advocacy. We are committed to dismantling systemic barriers and defending the rights of marginalized communities against discrimination and inequality. Our comprehensive approach includes a Health Rights Hotline, providing immediate legal support to individuals facing medical racism, ensuring they receive the fair and equitable treatment they deserve.

Our mission is driven by a commitment to reproductive justice, which encompasses not only the legal right to access abortion and other reproductive health services but also the broader social, economic, and racial factors that affect individuals' ability to make autonomous decisions about their bodies and families.
Housing
Environmental toxins in housing are far too common, especially in Black and Brown communities. We represent clients in unsafe housing.
